Verifi, a pioneer in connected fleet and transport technology, needed to deliver across four product workstreams at the same time: a new Android application for connected trucks, a mobile-optimised web platform, feature delivery on their core Traxia platform, and a suite of commercial UX apps. Four parallel builds, four different skill sets, none of which the in-house team could cover at once, and all of it visible at the top of the company.

Wave Works embedded a four-person pod directly into Verifi's sprint cadences, a principal frontend engineer, a senior frontend developer, a senior UX designer, and an Android developer, each owning a workstream:

Handover planning started well before engagement close: architecture, processes and tooling documented, knowledge transfer milestones met, and Verifi's teams owning every workstream at exit. Eight months, four builds, clean exit. The engagement ended exactly as it was designed to on day one.
