Key Responsibilities:

WaveWorks is Wave Group's technology consultancy and delivery division. We place pressure-tested specialists into critical programmes across software delivery, AI, data, infrastructure, transformation, product and design. 85% of clients extend or renew. We deploy in 48 hours. We exit cleanly.

The business is generating £12m+ across three markets. The plan is to more than double that by end of 2026.
We're looking for an MD to own it.

You will own the full P&L. You will lead the BDM team, set commercial strategy across T&M, fixed-price and outcome-based models, and personally close senior opportunities. You will oversee delivery, manage utilisation, and act as the senior escalation point for everything that happens inside WaveWorks. You will build the team from where it is now to 20+ by year end.

What we're looking for: 10 plus years in technology consultancy, managed services or professional services. At least three years owning a P&L. A track record of scaling a commercial team. Someone who has built and applied a playbook before and knows how to do it again in a business that already has the infrastructure to support it.
Package: £150k base. Uncapped commission. Equity from year one.
