At the cusp of 2020, nestled in the confines of Ollie’s garage, three guys in their early twenties embarked on a shared vision. United by their passion for technology, product innovation, and design, they laid the cornerstone for what would later become Wave Talent.

Growth amidst change
Given the uncertainty across the world, lots of people weren’t looking to move into a new role. However, we managed to welcome fresh faces and reunited with former colleagues who quickly believed in the vision.

Our early days saw us navigating co-working spaces, searching for a place to call home. It wasn’t until the summer of 2023 that we found our permanent residence. Spurred by unprecedented growth, it took a mere ten months to outgrow that space and embrace a brand-new office.
Beyond borders: becoming a global player
Wave Talent evolved into an international force, establishing strategic partnerships in over eight countries. Our influence now extends far beyond the locality where it all began — and we continue to explore new horizons.
Our new HQ
Twice the size of our previous home, complete with a cinema room, games room, town hall, meditation space, and even a dedicated podcast room. Working with architects and designers, we were really able to make our mark on our new HQ.

The unseen challenge: a lockdown launch
A mere two months after our inception, the world plunged into uncertainty with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Undeterred by the challenges, Wave Talent weathered the storm, adapting swiftly to the new normal.
