Working with the Wave team was key in enabling us to scale our engineering, product and design teams at pace without having to compromise on quality. They understood our unique culture and how to craft this into a proposition before pushing it out to the right audiences. Not only this, but they also helped consult us on how to build a diverse team and create an excellent recruitment process.
From both phases of recruitment that the team carried out for us, we hit the point of hiring every person that Wave introduced to us, saving us a tonne of time by helping us screen and secure the best talent. Working with Wave exclusively allowed us to get to this point, making over 23 hires within a couple of months.
The dedication the Wave team put in understanding our culture was key to make sure we could scale up at great speed while protecting the company’s identity and it was an important factor in the overall success.
I wouldn't hesitate recommending Wave to any company/team looking to scale, whilst having a lot of fun in the process!

The Wave team were critical to my early Product and Data Science searches as I was establishing a new team. Wave were always responsive and did great follow-ups with candidates all the way up and after their start date. I was impressed by their thoughtful approach.

By far the best agency I worked with in my most recent search and in getting me my new role. Had detailed knowledge of the company operations and culture and could tell was genuinely concerned with ensuring it was the right fit for both parties. Would 100% recommend working with Wave if you're looking for a new position.

Working with Wave was a beautiful experience.
As an employee, they were always thoughtful, reliable and fully committed towards getting me all the information and information that I needed to be able to attain my purpose.
As an Employer I work quite closely with Wave to find talent that suits our company's needs from both a technological and work cultural perspective, and I've always found Wave having a knack for providing us with employees that posses those values and sometimes even more.
They usually goes above and beyond and it never feels forced. They are constantly trying to build great interpersonal relationships with most of his clients, caring not only for the professional aspect but the personal one. I've found this to be really refreshing, in an industry that moves so fast and tends to view people as products rather than human beings.

Wave spent a lot of time finding out exactly what I was looking for and where I was trying to progress my career to, they were attentive and kept in touch throughout the entire process which helped to reassure me that everything was still on track. It's the little things that really make an impact when you're going through the process of finding a new place to work and Wave did all of them, whether it was touching base on how the interview went, or giving valuable advice even for interviews that were for companies that Wave hadn't set up.
Thank you so much for everything over the last few months, it was really appreciated and in a space where recruiters are not always attentive and are always looking for the bottom line Wave was a breath of fresh air.

Wave are an amazing recruiter, I can't recommend them enough if you are searching for a new position! They were really helpful, genuine and friendly throughout the whole process and extremely knowledgeable about both the company and the role.
