Project Feedback
Wave were very helpful in helping me get a fascinating job recently. They were present at all the stages of the recruitment process from the very first contact to signing the contract. Their professional attitude and attention to detail about my needs and motivations impressed me.

Senior Elixir Engineer
The moment I started working with Wave I realised they are not your regular recruiter. So I strongly recommend chatting with them. They have been completely honest and very supportive throughout the whole process and I am very happy that I decided to "try out" what they proposed. Very energetic and positive agency.
Would definitely go out for a beer with them when I have a chance to meet them in person.

I recently worked with Wave in applying for a new position and they were a joy to work with. Wave made sure I only handled the necessary paperwork, actually went out of his way to gather useful information about the company I was applying for and even searching for relevant interview questions. They were present throughout the hiring process, highly responsive and he handled most of the negotiation talks which netted me a job offer I was glad to take. Would definitely work with Wave when looking for other opportunities!
Goncalo Tomas
Elixir Engineer
I had the chance to be guided by Wave while changing job in 2021, a really competitive and complex year for IT hiring.
It was also my first time having help during interviews and Wave helped make the whole experience absolutely smooth and pleasant.
In case I'll need it again I really hope to work with Wave again in the future!
