It quickly became apparent that the team at Wave, were impressively effective at getting a deep understanding of the Vitesse culture, wasting no time in introducing candidates that not only met our technical requirements, but equally added real strength to our organisation in terms of values, attitudes and beliefs.
Over 2 months, Wave became part of our team. Their approach shifted from simply providing good candidates, to consulting with us on our growth plans, advising on how to bring diversity to the team and even supporting our strategic thinking around growing our data capabilities. It isn't an exaggeration to say that he was integral to the success of the past couple of months.
In my 15 years working in HR, I've never felt strongly compelled to agree to a sole agency arrangement; mainly as I've never felt that one recruitment business could accurately fulfil the many requirements that a business needs. However, due to the attention, effort and outstanding approach we received from Wave, it was a no brainer to say that all future tech hires would be going through them, if we were unable to fill the roles directly.

Wave led our engagement to scale-out our team on the back of our series B raise. Wave led the Western Europe Product/Tech recruitment coordinating a team of 5-6 consultants within Wave working across a variety of role profiles. They put structure in where needed but without slowing the process. They helped coordinate our busy team to get the most out of the Wave team.
Success was measured by our completion of the first round of recruitment earlier than planned, and we have now embarked on the second. I would recommend Wave to accelerate talent acquisition for your business.

I’ve worked with Wave on multiple Product roles and hope to on many more. They worked closely with us to refine a very slick process that has led to multiple placements in less than two and a half weeks. The speed of the process has been key in keeping momentum and giving the candidate the best possible experience. Not only has the process been slick, communication has been clear throughout and the briefs well understood, with only high quality and relevant candidates being put in front of us. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wave for finding people for Product organisations.
