Wave always makes you feel like you are their main client, and are hands-down, the best UK Product Design recruiters I’ve had the pleasure of working with.
The team are very engaged with the Product community and because of this they have direct access to a large pool of professionals at different levels of seniority.
I’d say that Wave's superpower is the ability to deliver results fast and can highly recommend working with them. They have been an incredible partner in helping me scale my team at Moonpig.
Camilla Diaz
Group Head Of Product Design
I’d highly recommend working with the team at Wave. They have been crucial in building our Product Design team.
We enjoy their ways of working and how they manage the balance perfectly between friendly and personable but also being super professional.

I would definitely recommend reaching out and working with Wave as a recruiter, it’s been a pleasure! At our initial introduction, they took the time to really understand what I was looking for in my next role and then offered vacancies based on this. Throughout the whole process, Wave had a great attitude and I was kept well informed on each step and always knew what was coming up next. They also was extremely knowledgeable about the role itself and seemed to have a great relationship in place with the company. This helped me gain a better insight into the position and filled me with confidence that I was being looked after by the right person. Wave are also a very personable agency and made the whole process an enjoyable and exciting experience. Without a doubt the best agency I’ve come across!

Wave works as a recruitment partner with me at Moonpig on mainly Product Design roles (senior and above). Finding the right agency and consultants to work with on this extremely challenging discipline has been difficult, but thank goodness for Wave! They have been a truly reliable partner and what I like most (which I miss from other agencies) is their transparency and ability to challenge us when needed, in order to manage our expectations but also get the best for their candidates. They are not a 'yes' recruiter - never overpromising and under-delivering. Our senior stakeholders also enjoy working with Wave as a subject matter expert who has provided pivotal market insights, and we look forward to continuing to work with wave on scaling our product and design teams!

Wave have been instrumental in helping me in securing a new role. They always brings positive energy and is one of the best recruiters I’ve worked with. Inez is very caring about your needs as a designer and knowledgeable about potential roles. She provided regular updates and check-ins and goes the extra mile for you. She provided details information about the interviews and answered any questions I had. She was able to match my skills with the right company and I look forward to joining my new team. It’s been a pleasure working with Inez and I hope we get to work again in the future.

I can't thank Wave enough for the guidance and support they have given me. They’ve been incredibly open, honest and approachable at all times, helping me find the perfect next role for my career development. Throughout the whole process Wave have been incredibly proactive, reaching out to see how I am and helping answer the (literally) hundreds of questions I had! I'm very grateful for all of the support you've given me, and for making what is usually a stressful process actually quite fun, so thanks!
